Rachel Farr has been a practicing licensed massage therapist since 2012. Her work experience is vast, ranging from working in five-star hotel spas, to post event recovery massage at marathons, to working with NBA/NFL athletes. Her style of work is a flowing mix of clinical, Swedish, trigger point and Eastern techniques, adapting each session to meet her client's specific needs. In 2017 Rachel became a certified Personal trainer/Orthopedic exercise specialist, using this information to further help her clients find balance in their bodies and relief from chronic pain. She is also certified and experienced in both pre/postnatal massage and silicone cupping.
