Our mission is to provide skillful instruction in a peaceful and stress- free environment for our students/patients to enjoy the art of yoga. We practice and teach yoga with passion and dedication and hope to inspire our students to do the same, so they can enjoy a healthier life in both their body and mind.
Yoga is an excellent way to promote physical flexibility, strength and endurance. By emphasizing proper form and alignment, you can reverse the effects of gravity while relieving the tensions of everyday life. Through breathing techniques and learning the philosophy behind the practice of yoga you can transform your life by calming your nerves and cleansing your body and mind.

| Stress-Less Yoga In this class, students will learn techniques to relax the mind as they move through basic yoga poses. Attention is given to proper alignment, body awareness, and exploring the power of the breath to reduce stress and increase physical and mental well-being. |

| Sunrise Yoga Awaken and energize with yoga as the sun rises. Begin the day with a practice focused on both alignment and flow. This class will include breath work, dynamic movement as well as restorative poses. We will finish with a bit of inward reflection … to cultivate improved concentration and mood throughout your day! |
