Massage Therapy
Lisa is a Deerfield native who has been a licensed massage therapist since 1989. She has worked with clients in a multitude of settings to provide individualized treatments tailored to the needs of each person. Lisa specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR), a gentle and effective whole-body approach to relieve pain and improve function. She also utilizes deep tissue therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue mobilization, as well as a combination of techniques learned both formally and from her more than 20 years of experience.
